I'm scheduling family photos for late April/early May- my nephew and my dad will be in town. If it's beautiful like today, we'd be outside, but since the weather is unpredictable, what can you suggest for indoor spots? Prefer north, but Seattle/Bellevue area is fine as a last resort (since we'd have to deal with driving in traffic after work to get there). We will have two toddlers and one baby.
I'm not from the area, so the only place I can think of that is a good indoor photography location is the Seattle Public Library. You have to make a donation to the library to get passes though.
MrsH2010 i've heard of the library being a good spot, but i'm hesitant on that because the amount of kids we have--they might run around and scream..so probably not a good place?
thanks mkate710 i will look into those. are these places big enough for an hour or two of family photos? i will look up photos of these places soon, thanks!
I think they'd be big enough. Molbaks has a little cafe so you can take a break and get the kiddos a treat if needed.
okay, it's planned now that we will be visiting molbaks on saturday to scope it out. i always just assumed it was a plant store...is it more than that? what should i know about this place? do we have to pay to get in?
It's a nursery, but its huge. They have a big greenhouse with lots of gorgeous plant displays, which makes it a good spot for photos if the weather is bad. No cost to get in.
