I forgot to add tuna. A roll around here at any restaurant is around $4. I don't see anyone eating more than 4 rolls alone.
i'm even more confused now. what kind of sashimi is salmon, then? orange? orange & white if it's nicely marbled? if you can't eat more than 4 rolls at $4 apiece anyway, then why gorge on likely lesser quality rolls for $16?
and by rolls, do you mean like a salmon or tuna roll, or those behemoths with eleventy billion things inside and another eventy billion on top? (don't worry, i'm not *that* much of a snob...i eat both). because they are quite different price points, usually.
also, i'm not as concerned as others about the food safety issues. i'm primarily concerned and sad about bad quality/tasting sushi. and this is from someone who used to frequent ayce sushi.
You don't know that there is a difference in red and white tuna? Uh...
Yeah, there is no "orange or marbled" salmon. Just salmon.
This wouldn't happen to be called Hibachi Grill, would it? We have one here and it's exactly like what you described. I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole.

yes, i do. i read wrong. didn't realize you mean to add "tuna" to "red and white." you weren't super clear in your response. but also, my reading comprehension sucked here. :Pi thought you were still calling sashimi by its color rather than type of fish.

They opened an extremely nice Japanese steakhouse here... And it's all you can eat. I probably consumed 60 pieces of red and white sashimi, every type of sushi possible, and crab legs. I cannot move.
What is red and white sashimi? What is the fish, I mean (I know what sashimi is)?
