To be honest, I did find it completely freaky, but also amazing. And then back to freaky when I thought too much about it being a person growing in there. It was absolutely mind blowing to look at both kids when they were born and think that they were inside me, and then I was holding them. Procreation is weeeeiiird.

I really loved feeling him move in there. It's just so crazy and fascinating that there us a little person in you. I really miss feeling the baby kicks.

It weirded me out for sure, especially since there were two in there, lol. Towards the end it was so crazy bc it was like they were fighting inside or something.
It was also very comforting though, knowing that they were okay and such.
It's a little weird, especially when they get all up in your cervix, there's no way to stop that. I think because it's gradual and really only for half of the pregnancy can you feel them consistently.
It's pretty cool, but I get kinda freaked out now because I can see a foot pushing on my rib cage or sweep across my stomach. I can also interact with the baby, push on a spot and she'll push back. I think you just get used to it.
I think the first time, when DD started making big movements it kind of freaked me out. But the second time around I was used to it. I miss it actually. I used to get this little fluttery feeling where ever DS's feet were when I was pregnant with him. Once he was born we realized he was rubbing his feet together. He still does it whenever he falls asleep
It is still weird. Even though I'm on kid 3. There is somebody inside you. But like Tamb said, its gradual, so it isn't an overnight shock.
I just noticed your signature and for a minute thought you were my SIL! She has Olivia & Natalie and Olivia was born in April and Natalie was born in Feb too! Different day/year though
