So I started limiting the amount of chores/things I do on a daily basis to 30 minutes a day. It takes the pressure off coming up with endless lists of stuff to keep me busy/distracted and frees up a ton of time for me to spend with myself or doing things I want to do. I've never been able to keep this up, but so far it's been working and I just hope I can continue to do that. It's nice to see that life isn't blowing up because I don't do things according to some arbitrary timeline I create in my own head.
I'm proud of you! I'll bet it feels good to try something like this and be successful so far.

Yes sometimes I get anxiety because I'm not doing stuff or have to spend time with myself and I'm not sure what to do, but it helps me be creative.
I have been drafting a huge drawing set for a job. I was almost finished. Just reviewing and making sure everything was ok. Just got hit with a ton of changes bringing me back to not being finished. blerg.
