A PR, baby!!! 19:55! I may retire from 5k's now b/c that was way too painful, lol. I had to run Garmin less b/c it was completely dead when I woke up this morning and the charger was at my house. Oops. At least I can't obsess over splits.
That is awesome! So proud of you. Must have been an early morning race indeed. All your Boston training made you crazy fast, and strong enough to hold sub-20:00 pace. :-)
I know what you mean about retiring the 5K. I'm still going after it, but every time I run a 5K PR or get close, I tell myself never again. LOL.

Have an awesome day!
Thanks! It was a 7am start which is huge. It is warming up fast and I think a later start would have cost me more than a few seconds. I needed every single one of them!
Hell yes, you got it!!! We knew you could do it! Congrats!
Sometimes I think running Garmin-less can be beneficial. There's no "I need to speed up, I need to slow down" etc. you can just go by feel, which, for a 5k, is somewhere between I'm going to die and kill me now.
