This board is awesome! I am such a slug compared to most of you, and you don't laugh at me (at least to my face). I will always love you for that. Seriously though, the people on this board are amazingly cool.

Totally agree, this board is very motivating. I love that it's not competitive and everyone's efforts (no matter what the speed/weight/reps/distance) are met with applause and genuine support.

I don't know of any British based board where I would find this kind of support, and I'm so pleased you are accepting of foreigners
