Silva - that doesn't sound too off to me. I haven't used OPKs yet, but as I understand it they're saying you will ovulate soon. So a +OPK Friday and ovulation on Tuesday seems about right. Did your temp jump today? I understand the frustration, I've been charting to avoid since December and this is our first cycle trying. I have had long cycles which makes waiting to O and trying to time things even more annoying!
my temp jumped today for sure. The instructions on the opk emphasis 48 hours after a positive is your best bet....well, for me it was longer. it's fine. a learning process for sure and if it doesn't happen this month, we'll be ready for the next.
I'm going to have fresh baked bread at home today, which will make up for the massive amount of procrastinating I did last night. And I get to bake cookies! Hooray!
I'm really bad at sympathy. Really, really bad. I'm a hugger, not a talker. I can cry with you all day long, but holy crap, I stumble over my words and say stupid shit. I'm trying to keep the awkwardness to a minumum, but uff-da.

Aww Joanna! Good for her!
Lots of good luck wishes today Jaylea. Kick some ass. I can't wait for you to quit and tell them how much they blow.
MIL is coming for a week. I love MIL, but she is messy, a picky eater, and pretty sensitive so she and DH always wind up fighting and her feelings get hurt. Then I get annoyed b.c. I have to clean up after her and have no idea what she will eat, which makes me stressed. In reality, she doesn't care what I make or if I clean, but I am OCD about cleanliness and feeding people and can't stop myself! I have been out of town a lot, so I was up late last night and early this morning trying to get the house in order.
I run very early (4am) and I ran into another runner (a gal) and we ran together a little ways. It's pretty rare to see anyone else up at that time of morning (night? LOL), so it was cool. Both of us were happy for the friendly face. She also ran at a faster pace than me so I really pushed myself to keep up.

Gotcha, I didn't know that about OPKs, good to know I'd like to maybe use them next cycle if we don't make it happen this one, but with not ovulating until anywhere from CD18 to CD31 I feel like I'd waste a lot of them
get the cheapies on amazon! I think the directions say ovulation happens within 12-48 hrs after + so once you get it just hump like bunnies for a few days. At least that's what I do lol

yes, that was my understanding too, but my temp and other trackings were telling me otherwise. I just want to know what's going on...are my eggs few and far between? is my body just going through the motions but not ovulating? so many questions.
Jack had a stomach bug last night. We are over the hump but I pray it isn't past onto Leo. Come on super breastmilk do your job!
Also because I am on Leo duty H slept downstairs by J room last night. He said there were a couple times he was in the room before J even started heaving. Awww it is like he is a real parent now. He is a heavy sleeper and rarely takes care of middle of the night stuff because I wake before him. Now he knows what it is like to sleep with one eye open so to speak lol.
Also I can only imagine there can't be anything more miserable then having the pukes in 100 degree weather. Poor Jack.
DD had a stomach bug on Sunday too. And for some reason the kid cannot grasp the concept of going to the bathroom or puking in the bucket that's on the floor right next to her. How do you get vomit smell out of a couch?
I really want to have a VBAC this time around but I just have this feeling that I'll end up with another c-section. Not that I'm opposed to having a c/s by any means if it's safer, but I REALLY want to be able to at least try for the VBAC. But baby is traverse and isn't showing any signs of turning any time soon and my OB doesn't want to try to turn it because of the previous c/s and my size.
Also, I'm really tired of being the only one in my section so I'm debating taking the afternoon off to do all my name change stuff even though I don't want to start it, just so I can leave someone else in my section by themselves for once.
