I don't know if they are hobbies, but I like to read and go running in my spare time. I suck at anything craft related, so I avoid those activities. You could look into volunteering somewhere like an animal shelter or some other not-for-profit. I know that here, there are several websites that list volunteer opportunities and they have a lot of different options.
trout fishing (best in early spring but we just brought home limit last weekend even with the heat) archery: we either practice in the yard or go do the video shoots (i am going archery hunting this year) hunting snowboarding boxing running (i have signed up for way too many races this year) reading occassionally golf, did it more in the past years, not so much this year hiking

At present, my hobbies include coloring, building lego creations, driving little cars around, and racing little ponies :-) While I do enjoy all those things (coloring is especially relaxing), I also really enjoy baking and cooking, trying new recipes, or modifying old recipes with new ingredients. I like to mess around with photos too - making wall arrangements or doing collages.
I read a lot. I write, but not enough. I act here and there. I like to sing, but I'm not doing anything with that right now. I have a bass that I need to learn to play, and I'm going to sign up for lessons after my play closes and after we're settled in our new house.
Rock climbing, walking/running, hiking, reading, useful craft projects (making something to organize jewelry or something similar), crossword puzzles, organizing, being a cat lady, and online shopping - although I don't think this is a legitimate hobby.
Volunteering is a great idea too and baking, but I fail at baking.
I write and build doll houses. It's been quite a while since I did the latter, though. I've had a half finished one sitting in my guest room for 2 years.
i like kayaking, working out, walking dogs at the shelter, baking, learning how to cook for real (like gourmet french cuisine and fancy shit) and learning real knife skills.
eta: and by knife skills i mean in the kitchen. re-reading it sounded like i could possibly be throwing daggers at targets or something.
