It's scary pink in the pan, but it's really pretty on the face. I don't know that it's "color adjusting" (my cheeks are too naturally pink for me to tell), but it's such a finely milled powder that it melts onto your skin, no hint of powdery residue. The brush that comes with it is surprisingly functional, too.
It's $$$, but it'll last forever. You only need a tiny bit.
Evans: it gives a really pretty flush without accentuating my redness too much.
The only Tarte shade I have is Natural Beauty, which is red. I'd compare it to Bobbi Brown's Peony, though this is smoother & less powdery (which is saying a lot, because Peony isn't overly powdery).
