Uploading DD214 to Ebenefits?

H says he uploaded his. He is thinking now about how he did it.

He *thinks* he gave it to the veteran's office at his school. He says he applied online, filled out all the forms, and he can't remember if he sent it in there with the forms? He did say that he thinks the school might have uploaded when he showed it to the VA office (?) at school.

I'm typing as he spoke that out to me. So I dunno if it's correct or making sense.

I will say though that the VA office at the school here was super helpful so I would check to see if his school has one?

Yup. The VA rep at the school handled this part. It took months to actually get the GI bill funds paid to the school though. P

Yeah, one of the reps told us this, but they have something worked out between UNLV and the VA, so as long as H has his certificate of benefits (or whatever it is they issue), UNLV doesn't hold H accountable for the funds. So yay for that. lol

Yeah I think H's went in Februaryish/Marchish for Spring semester? They did not hold him accountable at all. They told him it would happen. We did get our first housing payment by February though I'm pretty sure.

Did he start in February...? Or was it really late? 

He started in January. I just asked h an he just said the school actually didn't he paid until march? Maybe April? But we were getting our housing on time the entire time.
