glad to hear you're feeling better! miralax can take a couple of days to produce a bowel movement. you shouldn't expect anything horrific like pp have implied though; it doesn't stimulate peristalsis or anything -- it just draws water into your colon to make it easier to pass stool your body produces.

I literally could not go more than two days without pooping. I could not. I take fiber everyday for this reason!

I think people are taking this wayyyy more seriously than I am.  

There is a reason nurses always ask "Have you pooped? Have you passed gas?" It's a good way to tell if your bowels are moving.
