You look great in what you posted. And you SURF - you are sporty and athletic! I agree that a rash guard from Lands End/Title Nine/Athleta may be a bit more feminine looking, but I think you are dressed just fine for the beach. The skirt-capris look like running pants to me.
Ha! We live near the water but don't have adequate waves, so I don't get to surf often enough. I have a brand new board hanging up that I received when pregnant, and has yet to touch the water. Not in shape right now!
I haven't even heard of Title Nine. I'll have to check it out!
I really really love their stuff. I would buy a lot more of it if it would go on sale from time to time. But, it's definitely designed to enhance the beauty of athletic women!
Guys, can I ask an incredibly stupid question about rash guards? Do you wear a bikini top (or what-have-you) under them, or are they meant to be worn on their own?
v - I wear a top underneath them but I suppose if you didn't want/need the extra support you could just wear it on it's own. But then you're "stuck" wearing a long sleeve shirt for the rest of the time you're out there.

You have to wear a bikini top or bathing suit under them. They're often made out of bathing suit material or similar, but don't offer support.
