Cottage cheese and tomatoes, a coke, and a handful of mini club crackers. I've drank quite a bit of water too. I guess I should eat some sort of real food for dinner.

Dinner will be at a teppanyaki restaurant to celebrate my brother-in-law's birthday.
B: egg, oatmeal with pb and strawberries s: almonds and an apple L: Tuna Tataki salad off the skinnylicious menu at Cheesecake Factory s:carrots and hummus D: Hasn't happened yet but we are going out for sushi. Woot Woot!

I love seeing other people's meal plans. I almost always get new ideas!
This is what I ate today:
Breakfast - Dry cereal, fruit, iced coffee Snack - cheez its, water Lunch - salad with sliced deli ham, cheese stick, fruit salad, water Snack - chocolate milk (fat free) Dinner - grilled balsamic chicken, baked potato, salad Dessert - leftover ice cream from going out last night

Some Parmesan herb pretzel thin crisp things and a #1 from jimmy johns and a bag of thinny chips. The healthy choice meal wasn't going to help my hunger at lunch. Also a diet coke and a large cup of coffee. Making hamburger pie for dinner for when the kid comes home hungry though I'll probably only have a few bites.
Greek yogurt grilled cheese on weight management bread, with real cheese popcorn (skinnypop from costco) turkey burgers with lettuce and green beans sugar free freeze

I skipped breakfast Had a Caesar salad for lunch
took three gigantic white mushroom and filled the caps with a mixture of cheese, crab meat, mayo, green onions, bacon, and parm cheese, put some melted butter on them and stuck them under the broiler.
3 scrambled eggs and a banana for breakfast 2 cups of coffee with Splenda and Italian Sweet Cream Reuben sandwich for lunch (made at home) Chef salad for dinner A bunch of this oatmeal/peanut butter/choc chips that I was supposed to roll into balls but H and I have just been eating straight from the bowl (it's a breakfast recipe I saw on The Chew yesterday)

Toast, whole wheat pasta with marinara sauce, lemonade, almond milk, and lots of rocket pops. The "Don't piss off your gallbladder" diet is just enthralling :-)

B: coffee with vanilla creamer, oatmeal and a banana L: leftover pizza rolls, broccoli, cherries and a Greek yogurt cup S: pear and a Fiber one bar D: baked chicken breast, Brown rice, green beans and cherry tomatoes.
I will have a mug cake later. I always save a couple of Points for dessert.
