Um about the new car. It was actually cheaper to buy new than finance an older model of any car with my mom's ridiculously good credit. She got an insane deal with a financing interest rate, plus she felt bad because everything that has been happening in my life has been so craptastic.

But such is life? How is everyone doing?

Because I live alone, drive 25 miles to work each way, and need something reliable because my parents live 45 minutes from me and I don't have anyone close to me to rely on in my city. I'm also broke so if it's something with a warranty, it's better, and I won't have to get it fixed as often. I think it was a gift more or less that I have to make payments on.

--My mother hasn't been close in my life for the first 27 years. It took us a long time to even be remotely friends. That's another reason I think she did that for me.

I don't care if it makes sense. Congratulations on your car. Is it a Hyundai? They have really good warranties. I'm also glad you broke up with your boss, because that was a piss poor idea.

What else can I tell you. I love my new job. Well it's really my old job and I've been rocking it here. Doing really really well.

I'm on OKC for shits and giggles because I love the messages people send me. I have no interest in going out with anyone from there considering I met Mr. Abusive on there almost a year ago.

I dunno, pretty boring but nice to be drama free really. I'm sleeping a lot more, and I have seriously quit smoking the MJ. I drink 2 beers once a week. I allow myself that.

I'm okay with the mundane for now. Nothing too exciting. Once I get regular paychecks with this job, I should be better financially and not be struggling so hard.

I get messages from pretentious men who wear tweed sport coats with mock turtlenecks and it makes me LOL. I have no intentions of leaving my safety circle, especially since the last man I was actually with was the one I thought would never hurt me and he did. I'm not ready for anything.
