Julian's penis got infected almost 10 times in 3 months, it was because of his circumcision, he had an adhesion. Show the pedi and they'll probably give you an anti fungal cream for it, good luck, those infections are scary.
Bacterial infection. He has an oral med and a topical. It's infected and pus-ish. No wipes on it. Wash with dial soap once per day. Cream 3x a day. Antibiotics 2x a day.

Jack had the same thing about 2 months ago. It just came out of nowhere. He is circumcised so I really thought the chances of this would be slim to none. I ended up putting Polysporin for Kids on it because it has an antibiotic in it and it is supposed to soothe. The next day we went to the doctor because it didn't seem to be getting any better and he was put on an antibiotic and the doctor just told me to keep using the kids Polysporin. We used a wash cloth and warm, soapy water to wipe him because he screamed with the wipes. The good news is that it only took a few days to go away.

It's not your fault! I wouldn't even know that the exterior of a baby penis could get infected without some kind of laceration. I hope it clears up ASAP.
