My coworker, who sits in an office next to me, has always had a smell. Not bad just unique.
Within the past two months the smell has intensified greatly and has turned into if urine, rotten maple syrup, and somesort of elderly cream were mixed together. Some days are worse than others. Today is bad. The whole hall next to our doors smells and he leaves a trail where he goes. Somedays it makes me feel nauseous. I'm sure people walk past our doors and think "WTF is that smell!!" And they may think it's me. He usually keeps his door shut which I think compounds the problem.
He's a nice man but I don't know what to do. It's really foul. There's probably nothing I can do right? Maybe hang some fragrent sachet from my door? No? I cannot possibly say anything to him.
Could it be a sign of a health problem?
It's just getting worse.
Do you have any advice? If I was pregnant I wouldn't be able to handle but even now it's getting harder and harder to ignore/tolerate. Help?

DH and I have been on a bit of a hot streak lately, and I feel the need to keep it up, even though I just want to lay around in my sweatpants and watch the premier of Project Runway. Would it be terrible if I jumped him when he gets home (even if I don't really want to) just so I can get to sweatpants and PR more quickly?
