7w4d here. Absolutely petrified and excited, all at the same time. We've had our viability scan, which showed a perfectly measuring bean with a heartrate of 100 bpm at 5w6d. I'm exhausted, and nauseated, and constipated, and a whole lot of other things. I keep telling people that I don't mind the nausea, because at least I still know something is going on in there. I've made a deal with this little one that I'll happily stay nauseated until he can kick.

I just got home from my ultrasound. 1 little baby in there!! Measuring right at 8w with a heartbeat of 170. RE said everything looks great, he's releasing me to my OB and to send him a baby picture in the spring! I guess I'm really pregnant and it's not all in my head!!
