I hope it's cool for me to join. I have a Jawbone Up, but am an info junkie, so this is right up my alley.
How did everyone do this week? Pretty well, except for the weekend.
What was your daily goal? 10,000 steps per day / 8 hours of sleep per night
Did you achieve it? I got over 13,000 steps on Mon, Tue, Wed, and Friday but missed Thursday by a bit. Saturday and Sunday were abysmal, but we were also in a car for 6 hours each day. I only hit sleep goals on Saturday and Sunday. There might be a correlation there...lol.
What was your total steps? 71,002 31.9 miles
Average daily steps? 9,579
Best Day? Wednesday - 14,024 steps
Any additional comments? I find the little smiley guy from the Up app to be adorable and it makes me way too happy when I do well for the week and he looks like this:

Ooh I'll play. I just got a Vivofit and it's been interesting seeing how my steps fluctuate during my normal routine. On non-running days my steps are only around 8,000 or so!

Worst day: 4,887 (attended a conference in my hotel with breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided in the hotel)
