I heard a lot of things I didn't want to hear. I'll update later. I'm too tired to process right now. Basically, my autonomic dysfunction is worse than originally thought.

I'm so sorry it wasn't what you wanted to hear. We're here for you when you want to talk. ((Hugs))

Sorry you didn't get good news.
I usually wear an outfit that makes me happy and plan something fun for immediately after (lunch, shopping, coffee with a friend). I may cry in the parking lot, but it makes the rest of the day easier.
My autonomic dysfunction has gotten worse (I knew that).
The episode that landed my in the er wasn't POTS but probably was some type of related autonomic dysfunction (what kept me in the hospital was the POTS being out of control).
The medication we tried didn't work. My numbers were worse than the last appt. We're going to try doubling the dose and see if that helps. There's another couple of options, but they also lower blood pressure, which could be a problem for me.
She's starting the referral paperwork to get me into an autonomic dysfunction clinic, but it's a long arduous process and their waiting list is a year. Hopefully it won't take that long.
Oh- and not really relevant now bc I had my tubes tied, but it still hurt. She asked about my plans for children, because she doesn't think we can get me stabilized enough to sustain a pregnancy.
