Wow, that sounds exhausting. No wonder you're a wreck by now. Working food service or retail is tough enough, but combined with overtired and overstimulated children, parents who are dropping big bucks so they feel entitled to all magic, all the time, and a holiday weekend? Yikes.
If she works in a shop or food place, many of those close well before park closing.
Sure, but she said someone waited until 11pm to come in looking for frozen stuff. But 11pm today hasn't happened yet, regardless of what time her shop closes.

but really, she needs to come back and rewrite the entire post over again for clarity
I want to give the benefit of the doubt (sort of) but she said in her OP that "Today was so crazy." and "All in all a good day though " which implies this happened today.
But who are we kidding, it's much funnier the way she wrote it

LOL.
I'm sorry you had a rough day. Honestly, you get props from me. I could never work at Disney. For how "magical" it is, I bet a lot of people are downright assholes. Retail is hard enough without people wanting a perfect, magical experience for their kids (which I DO understand, but taking it out on the workers is no good).

Sorry threw that one in from last night. It's only 10 and this wine is ammmmazing!!
I used to work merchandise in Disneyland. It was a very unmagical experience. I totally understand the incoherence of the OP.
So, what's the deal with the ebay thing?
I will try to type sloooow. So it makes sense we have people who buy stuff for ebay legally. All good they have papers, but if your coming in buying 100 frozen dolls and telling me your going to sell them. Uh uh. Not cool , we do have limits on stuff, for this reason.
If you want to sell on ebay go head! Don't tell me

But your job is just to sell people what they want to buy, right? I don't quite get this. If they hadn't mentioned ebay, it would be fine to buy 100 frozen dolls?
Totally not the point of this post, but we had this policy when I worked at B&BW in college. If anyone tried to buy a crazy amount of one thing or told us they were selling on ebay, we were supposed to refuse the sale.
