I'm sorry. ((mp)). It stinks because he seemed like a cool guy, BUT I'm glad you had the strength to tell him like it is and be honest.  It does take time to "grieve" some break ups. I think many of us have thought we were "ready" and then realized that we weren't once we were out there.  I'm just sorry you were on the other end of his not being ready.  You never know though, he may just pop back up after some time has gone by.  If it's meant for you to see him again, it will happen.
