I would probably use it like any other ground meat, but I would drain it to get rid of extra fat. I also feel like you can do more things to ground pork than you can do to ground beef because pork tastes so much milder to me.
Basically, what's in your pantry? And what do you feel like eating?

Pork pie. Cook it with some onion and mix in with mashed potatoes. Put it in a pie crust (top and bottom) and bake at 375 until crust is golden brown. Yum!

I use it in pasta dishes, like lasagna. Or if you're making something with ground beef add a little pork. The fat in the pork will make it nice and juicy (like if you're making a burger).
