How late do you get out of work? Are you near any bars? The only thing I can think of (which still doesn't make sense and is weird but it's all I've got) is maybe some drunk person was walking by and thought it would be funny.
I get out pretty late (around 10:30-11ish) but we're in an area with just a bunch of business offices. Closest bar is probably 3-5 miles away.
Are you 100% sure it's your car? Because one time my mom and I got into a van and were like "wtf is this cross doing hanging from the rearview mirror?" Yeah.. it wasn't our car. lol

When I was in college someone pulled a sticker off my car window while I was in class. It was not an offensive one or anything. I never found out who or why. I figured someone was standing next to the car talking, and they probably absentmindedly started picking at it, and just kept going to remove the evidence.
honestly it almost sounds like your ex or one of his 'friends' - he was the one who was in the military, not you, right?
Correct. However, if that were the reasoning, why remove expired base decal from the front but not the other military parking decals from the back windshield?

This wasn't picked at. Some small scratches on the window makes it look like they did it with a razor. Also, it's one thing to absentmindedly pick at one sticker, completely different to remove 3 stickers from 3 different areas on one random fucking car.
