I ate a completely non-compliant lunch after 21 days.
And now I of course feel terrible! Instant bloat and stomach gurgling sounds. I can't break up with Mexican food forever (lunch involved tortillas, sour cream, beans and a tiny bit of rice). But now I know not to eat all the things again!

So question, do you start all over or continue counting your days as normal? I think I read online that you need to re-set but that sounds crazy to me?!?!?!?!

Technically I think I should reset per whole 30 guidelines, but that isn't going to happen I am doing this I help me eat better and less sugar, carbs, and dairy, not to detect serious sensitivities (although it has reminded me that my body doesn't like dairy). If I had to restart I would fall way way off the bandwagon.

I also don't know that I will do a total restart if I go off-plan. The people on the actual Whole30 board are SO strict about this, but the thought of doing that is killer!
