Shop for a new car. My current one is slowly dying on me. I really want the new Odyssey but it's beyond our budget. It's gonna suck having a car payment again.
I made crack dip earlier today to take to my husbands' employees baby shower. You girls were right, it was yummy (I stopped by for a bit, since I know all his employees). Tomorrow we have puppy school, looking a laminate flooring and then going to Motley Crue (my husband is excited about that). Sunday, not really sure. Church and then maybe trying to see the Batman movie.

Not much exciting for me either. Tomorrow Beckett and I have a project planned to make pickles, for no other reason than we all like pickles and I thought it would be fun for him. In reality, he'll probably get bored of it halfway through, and I'll have a big mess and he'll want to do something else.
We might have plans with a close friend for her birthday in the evening, either going out for a kid friendly dinner or having them over to hang out here after the kids go to bed. But so far nothing is actually set and I have a feeling we may do nothing.
Sunday, family pool party at my dad's, which has been planned and rescheduled too many times, so I'm happy it's finally happening. Definitely will be a fun day.
Busy weekend here. We're still in FL till Tuesday. Today I'm getting together with a couple HS friends and their babies and then spending the rest of the day doing party prep - we're having Ellie baptized tomorrow morning and then having a party at my dad's house afterwards. We have a bunch of family coming in from OOT for it. Should be fun, hope it all goes well!

Our neighbors house is actually their vacation home, and their sister and her bd are in town. They stopped by to meet drew and they ended up staying for 3bottles of wine. We put d to bed at 9 and then hung out til midnight. I felt like a normal person again! The middle of the night feedings sucked but h got up with drew then I fed him and we all hung out in bed for a bit and then he fell asleep in his swing for 2more hours and h and I went back to sleep. It was amazing!
I was supposed to go shopping for some new clothed today but I may just stay in my pjs with my boys all day!
On another note, i have a new appreciation for pumping and frozen milk... But pumping/dumping is depressing!!

I wish I could say I was having a baby this weekend but it's not looking likely. Aside from that...trying to keep myself busy and not going crazy over the fact that I haven't had him yet.
I just had an absolutely amazing 5 days in Orlando at the ILCA (International Lactation Consultant Association) conference. Did I mention how amazing it was? I was with so many people in the top of the LC field. They were so knowledgeable and I learned so much. I had such a great time! I even met an ob/gyn resident who works at my hospital and she was trying to get me to come work in L & D. Her mom is a midwife in CA and owns her own Women's Center out there. AWESOME! I just might......depends on the hiring freeze. I finally feel ready for a change. I am terrified, but I need to dive in and just do it.

I think you would too! Go for it!
I totally agree Jen, go for it! And I'm not just saying that because whenever I have another kid I will be going to TGH and then I would know an L&D nurse - woohoo!!
