Awesome international-living friend

I am so incredibly proud of the work a friend of mine has been doing in Peru for the last couple of years that I can't help but post that Daily Single featured her on their most recent cover!

So, forgive the total AW. Since it's not about me, I thought it might be okay. I am continuously inspired by the things friends of mine do, especially the ones who up and moved to new countries on a whim and did amazing things to connect with local communities (like this friend).

Oh wow. I'm going to circulate her page since I know people who might be interested in supporting this sort of thing, some of them even in Peru. This sort of thing is all the rage right now and it might as well go to an actual community instead of conglomerates.

Thank you, that would be fantastic. Everything really is going to the actual community. My friend is such a "do right by everyone" kind of person (even at the expense of her own needs sometimes) and I know she cares so deeply about the women she has met and worked with through this project. I would love to see them all succeed.

Wow, that's so great! I have several friends like that too that I am (I have to admit) partly jealous of for achieving so much so young but mostly proud to be able to call them my friends.
