I'm kind of loling right now. This girl I know asked me if I could get her sisters into disney and I said sure. It's 3 people so disney value is almost at $330. I'm asking her for 30$ just to pay for the gas because I'm going out of my way and it's an issue.
What more do you want from me? I don't sell my tickets because 1 we aren't suppose to and 2 I like that people can go have fun without having to pay hundreds of $. Why try and make me feel bad about asking for gas.

If someone gave me $330 tickets for free, I would gladly pay the $30 and also probably buy them dinner as a thank you.
If I were you I would scrap the whole thing out of spite. "Oh well, let's forget it then." "No it's ok, I'll pay the $30." "No, sorry, can't help you." lol.
Of course. Frankly I would feel uncomfortable asking for your tickets in the first place. What did she say when you asked for gas money?
That she had to lay out all this money and has to ka your more money next week. I get that but I'm just asking for gas.
When I give my tickets away I normally just say I'd appricates enough to cover gas and people give me anywhere from 40-80$. I let them decide. I think that's fair.

I used to work for Disney and got people in whenever they visited me. I never asked for gas, but usually they treated me to lunch or dinner as a thank you.
I never asked for any sort of compensation, but if the situation had been reversed I would have happily complied.
Back up, are you driving the people to Disney whereupon they will get in for free because of you? Or driving to their house to drop off tickets? I'm just trying to figure out what level of jerkiness they are at. And they said no and now they're not going at all? What did they say?

I think she's driving to the park on her day off to sign them in? That's what my friends do if it's their day off. But this is also disneyland, I'm not sure of she's talking world or land.

Do you live that far from where you work? $30 worth of gas is a LOT of miles.
Maybe your friends are being cheap and unthankful, sure. But put that aside and consider that if they know how to math and think that $30 for gas doesn't make sense, then I could see why they'd balk.
I don't know, this is weird. Is there more to this story?
Even so, if someone was walking me and my family into DisneyWorld FOR FREE, I'd pay the $30 and shut my mouth.

I really hope you don't cave and say "pay me when you can" because you will never ever see a dime. How ungrateful to expect you to do this favor for her and not even compensate you for gas.

So, ya know, one trip to Anaheim, through LA traffic?
Also, she has to drive herself, PARK, walk them in, and then leave. She's wasting half a morning, at least, to do this for someone who doesn't even want to fork up $30? PASS.

I have to drive from my house to the park and then to my other job, which I work that day. I was going to walk them in as a favor before hand. And I save them 17$ to park. While yes 30$ might be a little high for gas I don't think it's crazy.
For once I'd like bean to give all the details of a story upfront.
Uh i provided what needed to be provided. I walk them in and asked for 30$ For gas. It's not like I'm asking for 60 for gas. I don't think 30 is that crazy.
