My 3 month old has just started giving me 3 consistent naps that are 1-2 hours in the last couple of weeks. Before that it was always 20 minutes at a time throughout the day. On the advice of a friend who has a great napper I started waking her up at the same time every morning and implementing an eat, wake, sleep routine. It could be a coincidence, but those 2 things really seem to have made a difference. Also, right after she eats I can put her on the playmat for 15-20 minutes while I eat or get other things done around the house, which really helps!
