My "Golden Boy." A Grateful Dead shirt I got when I was probably 13. It is SOOOO Soft now but it has teeny tiny holes from being washed so much so it's been retired.
I have a few dresses from when I was a baby - C actually wore the dress I came home from the hospital when we brought her home. Outside of those I have a plain white Hanes sweatshirt my grandmother gave me and after she died I couldn't bear to part with it.
My basketball shirt from 5th grade. They gave us huge shirts back then, and now as an adult it fits me perfectly. It is getting thin and I may have to retire it soon.
I have a few football tshirts from college. I only wear them as pajama shirts and even then not often because they say 1998 on them and I start thinking about how long ago that was lol.
My mom still has a lot of my baby clothes because they were made by my grandma and she wants to keep them.
As far as what's in my own house, I probably only have clothing dating back to early college (so ~10 years old). I have purged and donated a lot over the years.
None that I wear. I still had my prom dress from twenty years ago at my parents house and my mom just asked me last week if she could throw it out. Lol
I still have mine in storage at my Mom's house but I am saving all my bridesmaid dresses and prom dresses as dress up clothes for my potential future daughter(s). My Mom snugged up the straps on hers and gave them a hem and they were my princess dresses when I was a little kid.
I also used a whole pile of them for costumes for figure skating shows over the years.
Well, I still have my first Florida Gators t-shirt (but it is worn by my fave childhood teddy bear that I'll never ever get rid of).
But as far as stuff I still wear, I still have a ton of t-shirts from middle/high school. My favorite is from middle school and naturally feels like one of those fancy vintage shirts they sell for a million dollars. It's 22 years old. I also have the UF sweatshirt my dad bought for me at freshman orientation. Dad always left stuff like that to my mom, so it's special to have something that he was with me to pick out. So that's 15 years old.
To answer the original question I have some pyjamas pants and shorts that are from circa 6th grade, so 18 years old. They were one of the first things I ever sewed with my grandma who became ill when I was 14. They still fit since they were huge, but I keep them for sentimental value.
The shorts were also made in a flannel fabric with penguins in cool shades. My 12 year old self had style.
My wedding dress and this cute little apron that was mine when I was a toddler. DS used to wear it around the house when he was small but now it just sits in a box. I dream that someday it will go to my grandkids. LOL!

Shirts from HS for sure, 14-15 years old.
DH on the other hand, ohhh boooyyy. He has several shirts from 21 years ago and they looks like swiss cheese! He just wears them around the house, thank god!

"I was thinking about getting off on demand, but it sounds like I should be glad that I didn't"
I have my first halloween costume. My mom saved it and when she passed I got it and I keep it for the sentiment.
As for pieces I still wear, I've gained weight over the years so the oldest article of clothing I have is a tshirt from Seattle when I visited in 2005.
