These are pretty good photos of him. That second one is my favorite. But what is he doing with his hand in the first one? Holding an invisible glass?
lol, I didn't notice until you said something, and now I can't unsee it. It's like he's just *asking* people to Photoshop something in there, like they did with this one:

The photo didn't attach. Link? Is this going to be NSFW?

Here's the link. I don't think it's NSFW, he's fully dressed, someone just photoshopped a pair of handcuffs into a hand he was holding up kind of weirdly otherwise.
IT seems wrong to start a new thread for it, so I'm going to drop this here, but... Matt Smith is one of the current victims of the photo hacking.
I just can't bring myself to look. It seems so wrong ( and I have had that opinion since all of this started)
Yeah, to me if you wouldn't walk up to a celebrity's window and try to peek in through the curtains, then you shouldn't (knowingly) click on any site that's trying to share their private information. I can understand being curious, but it is absolutely not a victimless crime. It may be stupid and I know in the grand scheme of things probably makes no difference, but I try not to even share (reblog or whatever) photos that aren't taken with the celebrity's knowledge. Like, if a fan takes a stage door photo with them or if it's from a photoshoot great, but if someone has snapped a shot while they're riding the subway or something that really bothers me. People should be able to live their lives.
