Is this dress inappropriate?

I love this dress, but I am not sure if the back is too much for work. What do you think? My office is not casual at all. The men wear suits and women wear dresses, suits or dress pants and button down shirts.

I think it's fine. Since my office is freezing cold I wear cardigans on most days though.

Hmmm, I actually would not wear it for my job unless I planned to wear a cardigan over it.

I wouldn't wear it to an office that does full suits. I do like the dress a lot though and would definitely consider getting it to wear with a blazer to work and then without to a wedding or something.

i would not be able to wear that to my work unless i wore a cardigan or jacket over it (assuming that it does not look lumpy with something over it), but i also don't think i could go sleeveless at work anyways. i do think the dress is really cute, though!

yes, its a very cute dress, but the back of it its not appropiate for a work setting unless you wear a cardigan over.

This. I think sleeveless is a tad casual, but not like throwing jeans on or anything. It's a cute dress. I'd throw a little half jacket over it or something
