Never. Unless he has class. He has class M&F for the last 5 months. He is on a break until July which he will have class MTWT for a full month. He makes dinner for us in the crockpot if he has class.
It depends on his work schedule, since mine is pretty regular. In the summer, he often has to work late, so I would say probably 4 times a week in the summer. The rest of the year, we eat together most nights unless one of us is out of town for work or meeting friends for dinner or something like that.

Hardly ever. It's weird for me. I grew up always fending for myself when it comes to meals and until we got married and moved away that's how it stayed. Not anymore though I guess.

Five or six nights/week. I eat with the kids at around 6:30, and DH isn't home by then. He also doesn't like to eat a full "dinner"...he eats smaller meals throughout the day and by 7ish or so when he sits down he prefers something like cereal, oatmeal, cut up veggies with black or kidney beans, etc. We do try to have a "family dinner" at least one night on the weekend, though.
