Good Morning!
I am determined to organize my house this week. We are trying to sell it so we have to get it ready hopefully for potential buyers. We weren't thinking about selling it before but the government decided to change the taxes/tax credit for next year so we decided to move our plans ahead for this year. We probably wont be able to sell it but we are going to try. I am not happy with the timing but this is life.
QOTD: I dont drive anywhere. I walk or take public transportation.
Morning... I'm feeling down this morning... this weather is really starting to get to me, on top of other things going on...
For the weekend, we brought N to the park Saturday morning and called over to my brother Saturday early evening. Sunday we went to the local shopping centre in the morning and in the afternoon I brought N to a "garden party". But the weekend was really crap weather - really sudden heavy showers, hail, miserable... and you couldn't even identify what cloud the rain was coming from!!
QOTD: We own 1 car which we share. We both cycle to work and we would use public transport from time to time, depending where we were going. For instance, on Saturday morning the park we went to was in the city centre so we drove to the tram stop and then caught the tram into the city.

Good evening. I'm just back from tap class. I'm having a great time in tap class, even though I know I suck big time.
The weekend was fairly boring. DH is taking a class online and he spent most of the weekend working on lessons and studying, so I watched the Olympics. I was up late Friday night watching the story unfold about Hubig's Pies burning in NOLA and then I was up at 5:30 to see the Opening Ceremony live. I'm still recovering from lost sleep.
QOTD: I do not drive. Everything is within walking distance so I walk around town. If we go anywhere further, DH drives.
Good morning. My husband has the summer off and so we go alot to the park to picnic and play games. We also write during this time. He has to go back to work at the beginnning of September.
This weekend we went on a little trip to a cute little town somewhere in the country-side for our first anniversary. We did a historic walking tour, sat outside in the sun having drinks, ate at a nice restaurant outside in the sun, we went to the oldest planetarium in the world, lounged about in a lovely tea garden, and just generally relaxed. We took the kitten with us. She is becoming a pretty good traveler!
QOTD: We don't own a car. We use public transport or our bikes. Every once in a while we rent a car.

Afternoon everyone! Nothing big here...spent the weekend having lunch with friends, sitting on the square and having a few drinks, and then being lazy on Sunday while crocheting and watching the Olympics.
QOTD: We have 1 car that the company leases for us. We either drive or cycle to work, and only use the car for grocery trips and long vacations.

Hello. Had a great weekend. Timely QOTD question. My H got his license on Thursday, so we rented a car for the weekend and went grocery shopping and then to the outlets in the Netherlands.
QOTD: We're going to buy a car this week. I don't have my license yet, so H will drive. Currently, we're close to everything we need and take public transport when we are going anywhere. I love the trains, but I just don't think I'll love them as much with two kids. Plus, I really loved the freedom of having a car this past weekend. When we do have the car, H will still take the train to work.
We had BIL's wedding this weekend and had tons of fun. Lots of dancing, and more importantly, got DH to dance which he never does.
QOTD: We own a car and motorcycle. I hate being stuck in traffic so I would prefer public transportation but the system here is just horrible. They have been working on a rail system though which should open soon and stops right by my house, so I'm excited about that. It's nothing like the European trains or metros, but at least it's something.
