I am not sure if it is the stress of my new job or my poor diet (potato chips breakfast and lunch with pizza dinners), increased coffee consumption, wine multiple nights a week, but I am flaring. Gar.
It probably is mainly diet. I'm trying to cut back and eventually cut out the coffee, and eating real food. It is so hard since we moved. The grocery stores here hardly stock gluten free. The meats and produce are not as fresh as I will eat. While I never ate too many processed GF items, they are nice in a pinch so I'm not stuck eating potato chips or the marshmallow bars from Starbucks for lunch.

Update: I am still in remission. Just had a flex sig and the bleeding has been gone for over a week. I really think it was the poor diet and stress of the new job that caused the bleeding. Doing a 6 week steroid treatment just to be safe.

I check when I see a new message :/
Otherwise, I don't have too much to say. I had to stop the steroid treatment because I am pregnant... Big oops. Meeting the doctor next week to discuss my treatment going forward.

Well, Congrats!
Hope you are feeling better and you and your doctor have a plan.
