Let's do this ladies :-).
I am in the car on the way to my brothers wedding (yay!!) so I can't get to the old thread to tag everyone, I may try to bump it. Let's get healthy and lose a few so we don't have to break out our maternity pants on thanksgiving like Joey Tribiani.
What are your plans for the weekend? I have a jam packed one. The wedding is this afternoon, then dinner at my sisters house. Tomorrow morning we are heading to the cabin.
My first "long" run since my race. I'm also having the living room and dining room painted on Sunday. It's definitely harder to keep my eating under control.
Is it ok to post our percentage lost? I need the accountability.
I have to do a good grocery shop this weekend. I haven't been able to eat today yet but as long as I can stay away from the Halloween candy I should be good.

That's great, that first long run after a race is hard to get motivated for. Or at least my marathon running friends tell me that!
Yes, percentage loss is a great idea, next Friday you can post percentage loss or lb loss whichever you prefer.

I like this! No big plans this weekend. H is just getting home from Denver, so I hope to have a nice quiet weekend. We usually go out for dinner on Fridays, so I think I'll go for a salad vs a burger. Glad we started on a Friday, I always need more accountability for the weekends.

I am going to start using MFP again. I started off with a pretty good breakfast so I am hoping to continue throughout the day.
I really want to lose some weight so I can look good for our family pictures next month. We havent done professional family pics since Natalie's newborn shoot so I want to be able to like how I look in these next ones!
I had a great start today with a chocolate croissant for breakfast. I have a wedding tomorrow so I'll probably give myself a break until after the wedding tomorrow. The rehearsal dinner is at one of my favorite restaurants. I've been using MFP again though. I have the same user name there if anyone wants to add me.
Today we're going to Boo at the Zoo, with friends, after naptime. Hopefully I can get her down early so we can go early. Tomorrow we're grocery shopping for healthy foods and snacks. I've got to get better about fruits and veggies and less carb snacks.
I challenged dh this morning to see how much weight we could lose by Thanksgiving. He said he's willing to try. I hope I beat him this time!

I'm in and ready. Went out for lunch. Maybe not the best choice, but I desperately needed new jeans and bras and my friend happened to be at the mall. At least it was only soup, not creamy and we shared it lol.
This weekend we have a kids Halloween party. There are so many food allergies and stuff that I'm not sure what type of food there will be. I know I'm making a pumpkin dip and bringing lollipops. On the plus side, I'll likely be holding/ wearing Thorinn the whole time so that's an extra 21 lbs to be holding for hours. That counts as exercise, right?

I weighed in today and I am disappointed that I have gained some of the weight back since the last WLC, I guess but that's why I'm here. We are meeting some friends at a steakhouse for dinner, so I am trying to be good all day. Otherwise, the weekend is pretty tame, so I hope to stay on track. The weather is gorgeous so I plan on taking W to several parks, playgrounds and pumpkin patches and hopefully get in my 10,000 steps each day. Good luck everyone!

I'm in!! I need some accountability because Matt is gone and because I don't have a race on the horizon. And because I essentially ate nothing but cheesesteaks, pizza, and French fries when I was home visiting, lol.
I did 1.5 hours at the gym today weight lifting/cardio intervals with my trainer. So excited to get stronger. I don't know how much my weight will drop but I took measurements so I can track inches lost.
So far I've had coffee, breakfast sandwich (I got the low calorie one though!) and green juice at Starbucks. Then two cheese sticks in the target parking lot because I was about to die of hunger
I was planning to go to the gym but i spent too long at target
So far so good with food and I guess walking around target for two hours is exercise?
I'm starving but A will wake up the second I move. He fell asleep on my chest right before I was going to go downstairs and eat breakfast and is still sleeping 90 minutes later. I've managed to lay him next to me but each time I try to inch away he stirs. Hoping to not be on a starvation diet soon!
I started back with MFP today and decided not to stop at DD for a pumpkin creme brulee latte. Unfortunately its probably fast food for dinner tonight since we are driving to ocean city. Lots of fall happenings this weekend with my family.
I'm working on adding more protein to my diet bc I'm a carboholic and that's probably why I'm shaped like a bagel, lol
This made me lol but you are not shaped like a bagel! You're beautiful. I'm also trying to add more protein, especially since I'm weight training, but it's surprisingly hard. I just want carbs.

It is so hard to get the protein in! I hit my recommended protein for the first time in ages today. I had eggs for breakfast, and that helped instead of...a bagel, lol
I feel like I am losing and gaining the same 2 lbs. I really want to make breastfeeding work, at least until D is 6 months (I made it 4 months with the girls), but I would also like to see some movement on the scale!!
I am eating super healthy, working out, and eating my exercise calories back. I probably eat around 2100 - 2200 a day.
Anyone have success losing weight while breastfeeding and have tips?
