Yeah that's like as long as I think is cute! But I picture rhys like this and like it more (random google picture)
Lucky for you I think Rhys is on the no hair track for a while haha.
Haha ya so far it's less than D! He does have hair though it's just white blonde (so I guess I could just say white since blonde isn't even a color huh?) so you can't even see it! It's also SO soft!! I wish you could feel it! Everyone rubs his head because it feels like velvet <3
Are you talking about Bossypants? I read that a few years ago when it came out and loved it. I'll have to read it again once I finally get around to finishing Gone Girl. Although, I have the Mindy Kaling book that I haven't even opened yet so I still need to get to that too.
Yes, Bossypants! So good. I have Mindy Kaling's book on reserve at the library, but I really am into audiobooks lately and I love her voice so I might switch to that.
I love medium length hair on little boys. Like this, so cute.

ETA: actually Lindy's picture is a bit long, above the ears is good.
But then you have to gel their hair multiple times a day! I'm all for easy hair styles, no styling required but combing lol. This is why Ada's hair is crazy.

I regret giving in to the IL's and cutting A's hair a few months ago. We are going to let his hair grow now. It's almost long enough to get his bangs behind his ears. He has perfect hair, but I am BIAS.

I hate dealing with Natalie's hair sometimes. All because of the bangs. When I first started cutting them I did it way too thick, so now I am attempting to thin them out. It's such a PITA to grow just part of them out. I'd like to grow them all out honestly, but she has a little bit of a unibrow and I'd like to try and cover it up. I feel awful that that's the reason.

I think part of elsa love is she gets the big song number in the movie, all the kids like to sing let it go. Anna doesn't get a big song like that. Also elsa's dress is way better than Anna's, what kid wouldn't want to wear that dress? My sister says frozen is a metaphor for Elsa's depression.
I always use canned chicken to make chicken salad and stuff w shredded chicken like quesadillas. It's kind of gross on its own but tastes fine as long as it's mixed w other flavors. I don't have time to cook regular chicken and shred it up, the can is a million times easier.
Canned chicken was perfect for making chicken salad sandwiches when I was on weightwatchers. I knew exactly how many calories and protein I had in each sandwich. I would have a hard time doing weight watchers without packaged food.
All those using canned chicken - just use a rotisserie chicken!! Easy as pie and you avoid the gross factor. Done!
I love short hair on little boys. But in general I like a "little man" kind of look. There's this one mom I know whose almost 3 year old boy has shoulder length hair, but it's all straggly looking and terrible. Every time I see him I get twitchy .
It pisses me off that grandpappy troll was like BUT FEAR WILL DESTROY YOU! While showing her scary images with flashes of red. And she's like 8. THANKS GRANDPAPPY!
Chicken salad people. Get a split chicken breast, throw it in a crock pot for a few hours and shred it. Add whatever you like in your chicken salad. It's delicious!
That is way more time consuming than opening a can of chicken. Especially when I used to eat it every day. I don't see the problem with canned chicken.

lolaburns aren't you moving south at some point? I have a feeling you will run into quite a bit of canned chicken. I'm glad we could alert you to its existence before you were totally shocked!
Eeewww. I can't do canned meat either. However, my friend made this crockpot buffalo chicken cheese dip once. As I was stuffing my face and thinking "omg this is soooo good, get in my belly!" She said "You can't even tell I used canned chicken!" Barf.
Ugh, gross!
my mom has made a buffalo chicken dip with canned chicken...I think that's the Franks red hot recipe.
H used to make chicken salad sandwiches using canned chicken.
ladybug if you think Colin's hair is long now give it 6-12 months We are going to bro out Hanson style over here. I cannot wait to have two long haired boys.
I also love smocked stuff but I live in the south so it's a way of life!
I also cannot tell you guys how many times we get stopped about Colin's hair. Almost every place we go! Moms will practically trip over themselves trying to get to us just to say they wish they had let their toddler boys have long hair and now regretful they are. I hear it nearly daily! @chelsmonster I am sure this happens to you too!
This is stupid and self-centered of me, but I hate when I get a wedding invite, and it's reception only. I was invited to 3 weddings this year, and two of them were like this. I want to see the ceremony, damnit!
I had one like that that didn't specify that it was the reception only. I drove 8 hrs to get there and then found out once I was there that they had the ceremony first. I would not have traveled that far it I was aware that it was just the reception.
It's hard not to take to comments like "I don't like long hair on little boys" personally considering there are less than 5 on this board with long hair, including my own sweet, long haired boy.
:/
If you ever cut his hair, I'll be so sad. I'm already sad that you don't put it in a top-of-the-head ponytail enough, but I've forgiven you.

Well I hope you take this one personally- Layne is the most gorgeous little boy I have ever seen and I think it is an injustice that you don't have him in modeling!

I love me some Ladybug but I think she's asked me like 5 times when I'm going to cut Colin's hair so the comment that she doesn't like long haired boys make me cringe just a tad. But LONG HAIR FOR LIFE!

Some woman just said to my husband yesterday, "SOMEBODY need to go to the hair dresser's right away."
Yeah, fuck you, random village hag.
It made me think of you guys.
ETA: Not in as you hags on the board, rather you other long-haired-boy-having hags.
I have always wondered why parents are in such a rush to make their children look older which is a big reason I don't cut his hair. There's no rush. He does need a bang trim though because he currently has this hair flip thing he does that drives my H up a wall.

Well, I think you know my opinion....
*creepily pretends to stroke his hair... I mean, non-creepily pretends....*
I feel like kids should be able to decide their hair length earlier than they usually are. We have a friend whose 4yo has very long, beautiful blonde hair and he is ALWAYS mistaken for a girl. He has very delicate features and they dress him unisex, and literally everyone assumes he's a girl. I think there's nothing at all wrong with that IF it's what the kid chooses. From what I can tell, he doesn't come out and say he wants to cut it, but his mom makes a big deal out of how beautiful it is and whatnot. So I can tell he doesn't like being mistaken for a girl, but I think he doesn't want to disappoint his mama. I guess my plan is to cut K's enough to keep it out of his eyes but to never make a big deal out of my personal preference. If one day he says he wants long hair, and I'm sure it's not just that he doesn't want to actually sit in a chair for a cut, then more power to him.
But he has some crazy curly hair so it would look pretty funny growing out, I think! But I won't tell him that.
