My thing isn't air temp but wind and ice. If either of those are present to any major degree I workout indoors. Otherwise I just layer up and cover extremities.
Wow, you girls sure don't let cold weather stop you! Impressive! It doesn't usually get that cold here in England, I will run in 32F but that's about it! Ideally, 40-50 is good for me!

NCAA rules prohibite racing around 0 degrees. That's about my limit. Anything below that and you're risking damage from breathing in the cold air. I'm convinced I developed cold induced asthma after racing in Fairbanks at 20 below.

I've run in temps down to 10, but it was sunny with no wind. I don't mind the temps so much as the road conditions themselves. If I can't get good traction, I stay inside and suffer on the treadmill.
I have asthma, so anything below 20* makes it hard for me to breathe. I have done runs in the teens, but can't really do long runs in those kinds of temps.
Me too. My lungs get so tight and closed up in the cold. I live in CA, so I never really run in freezing weather. But skiing gets hard for me below 20 .

ice and high winds (i live on an island - wind coming off the freezing water is COLD!!!) deter me more than temps. i have retreated tot he gym for the last few years but my backup plan is pretty solid so i don't force myself out too often.
The wind and ice is usually the bigger factor for me. My sweet spot is between 35-55 degrees. Anything below 25 it is tough to get me out the door. Running in Chicago is treacherous once snow is on the ground because it gets packed down on sidewalks and turns to ice.
I haven't run into this issue yet, but below zero. I've run in 15degrees, even did my tough mudder when it was 17degrees at the start (wouldn't recommend this!), however I was training through the winter for my marathon last year and there was NO WAY that I was doing my 20 miler on the treadmill.
I also ran in some light flurries on Sat morning. Atlanta weather is crazy- I was in shorts and a tshirt on Friday and breath thermo gear for flurries on Saturday...
