Riley is common here. I've had a Riley student, DD has a friend whose name is Riley down the street. There is a Brylee in DD's preschool class - that's a new one for me.
My sister's name is Morgan and I know a few others, but they're mostly adults. I know quite a few little girls named Riley/Ryleigh/Rylee. I know one male Riley. He's my age. Never heard Azlynn.

I know several kids named Riley and Morgan. The worst name in my son's K class is Lucky. I didn't believe my son that there was a kid actually named Lucky, until he showed me the name card at the table.
Seriously, how the f do you say that? Haze-lyn? Hazel-in?
I have no idea and I was shocked these people gave their kid a weird name because they're so....Normal. Her name is Hazelyn Grace. It's a co worker of DH's so I've never met the kid

Speaking of kids names not matching w/the parents when I taught the K class across the hall from me had a student named Indica. I said something jokingly about the parents being hippies because the only definition I know of the word is a strain of marijuana. The (older, super teachery) teacher was really surprised because the parents seemsed so "normal" and even conservative.

Hazelyn makes me so very sad. I really don't understand this phenomenon of adding lyn, iana, or ley to the end of other names/sounds. I've met a Gracelyn, Brynlee, Aubriana. I just don't understand. I feel like that extra "fancy" syllable cheapens the whole package. Why can't everyone have my excellent taste!!!?? (kidding, sort of.)
That's a pretty common Austrian name. It's a real name, albeit uncommon.
I had no idea! I had never heard of it before.
It's even one of the girls in The Sound of Music! I'm second generation American, Austrian grandmother, German grandfather. We have some very European names in our family!
Well, I have a niece named Aislinn, a nephew Morgan, and twin nieces name Peyton and Regan (pronounced REEGAN) That is all I will say about that. I find the names totally suit them, but my brother is not into the popular names. At least they are not the odd spellings.
