I have been having this thing lately where I feel all weak and clammy in the mornings, like I might pass out. I'm not sure why--I eat a good breakfast every day, and it doesn't happen until about 9 am. So weird.
After both girls were up hysterically crying at midnight last night and a 5 minute comfort nursing session k slept until 515!! E was up one other time but quickly nured back to sleep. I feel human again.

I am so over other people in my house all of the time. FIL has been here pretty much every weekend for over a year helping H with he house. While I appreciate it, it sucks with a newborn and then baby. He was never involved with his babies and is just so clueless and bumbles around the house making SO MUCH NOISE. L can sleep through construction noise, but yelling, not so much. We have had so many horrific naps and I am just over it. Also, learning how to nurse with my FIL in the house wasn't awesome.
In related news, our kitchen is going in this weekend and all of the base cabinets are in!

low blood sugar? All the extra blood with pregnancy can cause some women to experience low blood sugar.
humpforfree- your kitchen is gorgeous! I can relate- we bought an old house when I was pg and it has been pretty much constant renovation for the past 18 months. DH is at Home Depot right now ordering a new island. But I get to finally have a this century kitchen!

DS2 is almost old enough for childcare at the Y, so we're headed there to take my membership off medical hold! Leaving my 8 week old in childcare is okay, right? The promise of a break from both kids during the day is making me want to throw caution to the wind.

We were all up at 7. DD is on molar 3. They've all come in really fast, but man, she's a clingy whiny mess. She's also trying to transition to one nap, but her first nap isn't getting any longer, her afternoon nap is just getting way later...?
I just got back from making a sale on my local swap group and am sipping Sbux peppermint mocha while H and DD sleep. Ahhhh....

That is my guess too. Maybe eat more protein in the morning?
We had our Christmas Minis done today. I am praying for just one of us as a family to work out. I am so critical of pictures of myself. I know that there will be at least 3 of DD I will love. That's really all that matters.
I am so tired and have no interest in doing the things that need to get done today.

I've been having the same thing. I keep trying to blame it on her sitting funny and compressing something and making my blood pressure drop. I don't know if that's right or not.
My dad's football team didn't make the playoffs (it's a selection committee). On one hand, I'm bummed for him. On the other hand, I'm relieved that our Thanksgiving plans can now go forward without needing to change plans. @rennido
Also, my husband is also hungover and a pain in the ass today too. Annoying!
DH and I woke up today at 9! And we were like "where's the baby?" I guess he slept in after his MOTN party between 4:30 and 5:30. Now he's napping and I'm off to volunteer in a few.

I am getting this on a near-daily basis too. In fact right now I am sitting on the toilet (clothed, on top of the lid, and not going to the bathroom, don't worry!) because I got woozy while putting on makeup. I have high BP and high sugar levels most of the time so I assume they are just dipping and my body is not used to that.
Just trying to hold it together and get through the day hopefully happily. So far ( mostly) so good.
How much longer do you have until your H is home? Do you have a big celebration planned (e.g. a weekend alone in a hotel room)?
I've been thinking about you (in a non-creepy way).
Aww thanks for the non creepy thoughts He comes home Tuesday. As long as there are no delays he'll be home after naptime and when my oldest is home from school. No plans yet, but I'm devising a wish list!

I felt kinda crampy last night. Like period cramps, nothing rhythmic. And this morning I don't want to chew anything, so I'm having a smoothie. I really hope this means it's baby day! We got to see Mockingjay last night, I thought it was good. It was sad seeing Philip Seymour Hoffman, though.
We decided to transition C to a big bed this morning before we realized he was having a defiant asshole toddler day. Can't move the crib back because it's in pieces in the baby's room now. God help us.

I get this too. I had to drag a folding chair into the bathroom the other day so I didn't pass out. I was winded and woozy from drying my hair.
My midwife says to do 75 g of protein a day to keep your blood sugar stable/eliminate sugar cravings. I'm working on it, but that is a LOT of protein, LOL.

Good luck! My older two transitioned pretty easily.
We spent the night at my folks house last night and put Lucy in a big girl bed. It did not go well. She was up until after 10. DH has decided we should keep with it and switch her to the big girl bed at home tonight. NOOOO! He is all about it, which is hysterical b/c he works 2nd shift and is not home for bed time. Pretty sure I get the say on this one.

My kids made rocket ships out of stuff they found in the recycling bin. I want to take a picture but I'm not sure I want to document my children playing with empty PBR cans.

We have had a fairly lazy morning. A and I built the lego set she got for her birthday. It was an animal rescue center and has a big cat cub. I think it is a tiger, but to A it is a cheetah. She loves it.
My husband cleaned the kitchen and M is napping.
My house is still fairly clean from my mad cleaning session last week, and it is so nice.
Costco plus a quick grocery stop was too much for E. She was definitely testing us today. I got so frustrated and DH was like ok we all need a time out here. Thankfully after lunch she was being adorable and then went down for her nap easily.
Just took pumpkin cheesecake bread out of the oven and put butternut squash in to roast.
I'm at work but I'm feeling motivated to do some cleaning and organizing at home. Why does that always happen when you don't have the time? I'll probably get home and just want to sit on my ass. I really need to get the "dining room" organized better for thanksgiving when we have our family over.
I want to attempt Christmas-y pics for our cards. I'm not sure how it's going to work, lol. But we don't have time to get to a photographer in time to have pictures printed and cards made and sent.
Unfortunately the late morning led to a husband fail as I didn't have V's stuff ready to go to church with me. So msniq is stuck with him when she was expecting baby free time, and I'm taking him for the whole afternoon, which will give me a chance to practice with the bike trailer.
I am done wearing anything remotely uncomfortable on weekends, including most of my jeans. I'd wear long johns and track pants out of the house if I could get away with it. Is there some middle ground of clothing that's presentable but also comfortable? Maybe I just need better fitting jeans...
