I seriously have not left Target for under $100 since we had kids.
Although, to be fair, I typically buy formula there.
Really? I very rarely spend more than $50 at Target, and maybe only once or twice a month. But, then again, if you looked at my Costco and Amazon bills, you'd see why.

No I spend $50 before I make it out of the diaper/formula aisle.
Yesterday I spent $60 on formula, $20 on pull ups and another $80 on god knows what.
I've always (generally) bought diapers in bulk for DS from Costco (Target brand always gives him a rash) and we didn't use formula for long..... but I've definitely spent a shitton on kid meds and clothes there.
I don't know about you, but I could easily drop $100 every time I walk into a Target.
This is me, but with the Christmas Tree Store. Somehow I go in for a couple of things and I come out paying $50-100 every time. And it's not like they have high end things, it's a nicer version of Family Dollar.

Between Target and my favorite fabric store in that same part of town, DH knows to expect major damage to the checking account if I say I'm heading that direction.

Ah a fellow New Englander! I love me some Christmas tree shop.

I'm like a 10-15min walk to Assble Sq Mall in Somerville, so I'm there almost every other weekend. It's freaking additive, LOL

There's one not too far from my kids school so I will be there Monday morning.
It's in the south also...what do you get from there? I can never find anything, granted I've only gone twice.
I usually end up getting tea, snack stuff, the travel section in the one by me is huge so I end up stocking up on things, hair things that I end up losing during the month.
Are you seriously that miserable that you looking around GBCN for things to try to call people on? It's like you have this constant need to try and make people feel dumb. Sadly you are not near as smart as you think you are so your attempts to be a royal bitch often fall flat.
Anyway nowhere in the OP does it say single item. In fact in the last paragraph it says anywhere besides the grocery store. I absolutely routinely spend over $80 at Target, but in reality it was a joke.
Once again your attempt to be a royal bitch was thwarted by your lack of sense of humor or intelligence. This time I can't tell which.
Good fucking God, calm down.
It was a fucking joke. Kind of. Because really- does Target actually have that much pricey stuff?
I am beginning to think you are just really really not very smart, or you play stupid really well.
We both have fun money to use however we want without discussion. If one of us wants to buy something that exceeds whatever fun money we have, there will be a discussion about whether the thing can wait or where the extra money is coming from. We always decide together on big ticket items.
This is us too.
I can get in some serious trouble at Costco though, damn samples.

Target and I have a love-hate relationship. I could drop hundreds there weekly, but I try to keep it too $100. I think the difference is if you do your grocery shopping there because there's no way I get out for under a $100 if I'm good buying. And I thank God I don't have to buy diapers or formula because it would just expand the part of the store I walk through and cause me to see more than I "need".

I swear this is what happens to me. If I don't need diapers or pull ups or wipes, I can keep it under $100. But if I have to venture upstairs for baby stuff, then not only do I have to peruse the clearance baby clothes (because, you know, CLEARANCE!), but I am also in the land of candles and frames and organizing things (there might be something amazing that will change my home and my life forever - how could I pass that up?)...and sheets and towels and placemats (so soft and pretty!), oh my! And bam-o, there goes all the monies.
