sjh722 Good luck, lol. Reminds me of when I rented an apartment I found in an ad in the paper that read "contact Magnum." It was a great place, I lived there for about 5 years!
I have an 8.5 month old for sale or trade. Refusing naps, stands in his cribs, sucks his thumb, and cries. And it's only 1:00 so much for getting stuff done around the house.
H and I are both sick but we went to church anyway this morning solely so C could run off some of his energy in Sunday School while we sat quietly and drank coffee. Religion FTW!

Part of our arrangement these days is that V comes with me to church so msniq gets the morning off. For which I'm sure she praises the Lord.
He had a pile of paperwork where the last bill of sale showed someone named michael in 2007. H said, who's michael? And blaze yelled at his girlfriend "WHY DOES THE PAPER SAY MICHAEL AND NOT FUCKING BRAD?"
Blaze also assured H that everything checked out when he was released from prison last month.
Also, he didn't want to let H test drive it because other people will fuck it up. Okay, Mr. Felony Mobile.

This story just keeps getting better.
Also, blaze's girlfriend called back FOUR TIMES. Once to ask if we were wanting to hold it, and three times asking if someone called her from that number. Best case, she is high as a kite before noon on Sunday.
I'm at wicked with my mom and sis. Just read the program during intermission and Ashley Parker Angel is playing a role. Nice to see him earning a paycheck.
I stopped by to check-in today, and had a bunch of tags from awhile back. I didn't want to bump an old post, but wanted to say thanks for thinking of me, and hi to everyone!
Busy day so far. Mass then we went ice skating at the temporary rink they set up outside downtown. Well, DH and DD did. I'm not good at all but DH used to play hockey and loves it. DD got to live every one of her frozen dreams.
Then we met some friends of ours for brunch. They have a micropreemie in the NICU and he's finally stable enough that they're staying back at their own house versus the Ronald McDonald house next to the hospital and can even take friends to meet the baby. I had a cold last week and my baby still has a runny nose so I didn't want to chance even giving them a hug at brunch. DH went up and met the little guy though.
Drove over an hour for DH's grandma's 90th birthday. It started at 11 and DD was clingly but ok. Once noon hit she was done. That's her nap time so I don't blame her. Then we drove over an hour home. No idea why but that took everything out of us and DH and I are exhausted.
At least that proved my point to DH that we can't do our normal Christmas Eve and Christmas day plans now that DD is older with a set nap time. I refuse to have those two days ruined with a cranky overtired toddler.
hi Becca! Your kids are beautiful! We miss you around here!
We left the house at 9 o'clock this morning to do some holiday shopping, only to realize that the stores we wanted to go to don't open til 11. So we hung out at my parents house and then went down to my new favorite diner for lunch and pie and did some shopping. Back home now and we have pulled out the Christmas decorations so I should probably get to it. Also want to hit up Target later since there are some good deals this week.
I really want to go to church every Sunday during advent this year so we will probably go to the 5 o'clock contemporary service, then to TJs after for groceries.
I am snacking on smoked turkey my sister brought back from my aunt's house. It is one of my favorite foods in the whole world.
My mom left today after a two week stay. We both sobbed as it had been such a great time and she had been so helpful. Tomorrow will be day 1 on my own with both babies, eeek.

You'll be great! We were the same way!! You can do this!

My husband is making cookies with the kids while I watch TV and slowly fold laundry. I find cooking with the kids frustrating, but think it is important, so I am glad they are doing it. He has so much patience with them.
I have been super productive today. I filled 13 yard bags eith leaves and then leaf/lawn clippings. Plus I did 4 on Friday. I mowed the front and back yard, did laundry, cleaned the living room, and am now at the grocery store. I was going to put the lights on the roof but it started raining. I may when I get back if it's not too dark.
N skipped his nap today, so maybe he will go to bed early. Fingers crossed!
I am picking sushi up on the way home from th3 grocery store because last night's sushi was subpar and I am still craving it.
