Friday-scheduled rest Saturday-10 mile run Sunday was supposed to be spin class and weights but I stayed out too late on Saturday night and I can't hang anymore.
Friday and Saturday- no workouts, but proud that I burned a few hundred extra calories from just running around shopping and housework (parking far away, taking stairs, etc.) at least per my Fitbit! Sunday- 1 hour trail run, I think it was about 5 miles Monday- Row 1000M & Jillian's 30DS, week 2

Saturday- Deadlifts. Tried to kill myself with 3" deficits so I would be good and sore for shopping. Sunday- Laundry which means lots of stairs and cooking. Holding myself back from beating my husband with the rolling pin because he can't use it properly is a workout.

If you call eating every carb in the house and wrapping Christmas presents a weekend workout, then I did awesome LOL. So glad I see my trainer today to kick my butt LOL

Fri: 800m run 30 pushups 15 kettlebell swings 400m run 40 pushups 20 kettlebell swings 200m run 50 push ups 25 kettlebell swings I then threw in an extra 200m run to make it a full mile.
3.1 I didn't do a race, just a 3.1 mapped out route.
My friend got inspired by all of my running and decided to try running too. She is a cyclist. We ran her first outdoors 3.1 on Saturday! She did fabulous. I didn't tell her anything until we got to 32 minutes and had just less than a half mile to go. I told her " we can do this in 40!" She hauled ass and we finished in 39:10.
She was going to run mile 300 with me of my 300 miles in 2014 goal and unfortunately she got hurt Saturday night.. now she has a knee mobilizer and crutches.
