I gues this supports my point. Very little media coverage of yesterday's release of court records describing Zimmerman's vs Trayvon's injuries.
FFS, your post supports nothing other than there is something you want to discuss but you would rather play the "liberal media BS" card than bring the information to the post.

I saw teasers for this story all over Fox News this morning. (What? I was stuck in my auto shop's waiting room.) Odd that this doctor would come out months later, and the video footage from the police station doesn't support that Zimmerman had a "busted nose."
That is, if we're actually discussing a story here.
No doubt the media will also stay unusually quiet or quickly try to save face in their updates today.
Links, or at least, you know, general information on what you are talking about, usually helps to start a discussion.
I'm guessing its point is that the possibility that Zimmerman actually had a physical altercation with Martin before Zimmerman shot him = Martin had it coming
But of course, it's more fun to make oblique references and underhanded accusations than to, you know, actually start a discussion.

I guess i can see why it looks odd. But really, It is protected medical information. Until Zimmerman was charged and this information entered into the court's public record, I'm fairly sure it would have been illegal for the dr. to discuss it with anyone without written permission from Zimmerman. Further, I've broken my nose twice. Neither time did it bleed for more than 10 minutes and I don't think blood or bruising would have been discernible on a surveillance video a couple of hours later.

Oh FFS. If this is about what I think it's about, you know what? It makes very little difference to me. You don't get to claim self defense and kill a boy for a situation that you provoked. If you started stalking me around my father's neighborhood at dusk without identifying yourself I'd try to break your nose too. That doesn't mean I deserve to die for it.

You're right about medical records being confidential. It's just hard to reconcile this report with what we saw in those police tapes. He definitely didn't look like a guy who had been in a brawl. Anyway, I'm sure we'll all find out just how hard he fought for his life when this goes to trial. I just cannot stand the insinuation (by Fox and others, not you) that Zim's getting banged up was cause to kill the kid.
No doubt the media will also stay unusually quiet or quickly try to save face in their updates today.
I read the article on cnn, but I don't get the submissive comment about the media and Sharpton/Jackson? None of this is new info really - it was already discussed by Zimmerman's lawyers that he had to seek medical treatment the next day, so I guess I don't see this as a new discussion point.
Plus, this article does not shed light on the issue of whether the ER personel were biased the night before in assessing that Zimmerman did not need attention or that the family doctor was biased in his assessment of the injuries the next day. I guess the jury will have to decide which medical info to believe more.
