Dear God... I abhore the pterydactyl screech with such a passion that it's almost enough to make me not want kids. Why is this a necessary stage of development? I don't know if its a vocal stage or a "let's see how far we can push the adults and test if our cuteness will save us from being murdered" stage.
It's kind of funny how he just does it. Like he isn't screaming about anything. Just making as much noise as effing possible. So playdate+wine+earplugs

It's totally a phase. Annoying, yes, but it will pass once they figure out how to control their voice. Right now they just love your reactions to their voice.
M loved to scream. At any given moment. We tried ignoring, shushing, whatever we could, but it didn't work. It just had to be something she worked through. LOL
