We went out with friends to a local restaurant that actually has a paleo menu - so no hidden non-compliant ingredients!
I woke up with a pretty bad headache for the second day in a row, but it went away eventually. I've been trying to drink a lot of water. So far so good! My office is filled with leftover holiday baked goods and candy but I have had a pretty easy time abstaining. I do feel more energetic throughout the day. My morning workouts have been hindered by the headaches.
