2. Gigantic, tired. Biggest physical complaint is the pregnancy carpal tunnel--I wake up MOTN with my hands in claws and have to massage them to loosen up. My pubic bone also hurts a lot.
3. Gap Body essential tees have served me well through both pregnancies!
4. Had an internal yesterday and cervix is still high and locked up tight. I know it's early but I'm starting to panic/have PTSD about going horribly overdue again, especially since this time I'm not tapping out of work at my due date. Given my OB's induction policies and my preference for a certain doctor I can see myself winding up at 41+ weeks again.

Why hello there.
1. How far along are you? 4 weeks 1 day
2. How are you feeling? Like usual. Things still haven't sunken in yet, I don't think. I am crossing my fingers for another smooth first trimester.
3. Favorite item of maternity/postpartum/nursing clothing? My Bravado nursing bras. Sometimes I still wear them and I haven't nursed since June.
4. Pregnancy vents/randoms? Just that I started using my smaller coffee travel mug this morning. Last time I drank only decaf but that was easier without a toddler. I feel like I need *some* caffeine so I'm hoping 12 oz of DD coffee each morning won't give this baby three heads or something.
1. How far along are you? 19 weeks, 5 days. Half way!
2. How are you feeling? Little yucky. Loss of appetite, but generally not too bad.
3. Favorite item of maternity/postpartum/nursing clothing? My black Loft straight (maybe skinny?) leg maternity jeans with full panel. Love them.
4. Pregnancy vents/randoms? Just looking forward to next week's anatomy scan! Hoping to hear that there are no concerns. Anatomy scans make me nervous.
2. How are you feeling? Eh, okay. Morning sickness is apparently back, I've thrown up every morning this week. My first trimester was awful, actually up until about 20 weeks was really bad. I had a 2 week reprieve but now its back. This sucks. I also appear to be having hormonal rage (or maybe just stress rage, who knows).
3. Favorite item of maternity/postpartum/nursing clothing? I got a pair of black GAP maternity trouser pants at a thrift store for $5. They are the most comfortable pants I have! I've been wearing them to work everyday. I wish they made them in other colors, I'd totally buy them for full price but apparently they only come in black. MM score! I also just ordered some of the Bravado nursing tanks, I can't wait for them to show up. I hope I got the right size.
4. Pregnancy vents/randoms? I feel like shit. Pregnancy has been pretty miserable, I feel guilty saying I can't wait for it to be over. I"m really excited for baby and I'm really excited for my body to go back to "normal", or as normal as it will anyway.

I have had lots of caffeine this pregnancy and so far, just one head.

1. How far along are you? 34+4
2. How are you feeling? Not too bad. Back pain I had last week is completely gone thanks to the Snoogle!
3. Favorite item of maternity/postpartum/nursing clothing? Hmm I really like some of the shirts I got. My mom gave me a blue sweater for Christmas and I really love it!
4. Pregnancy vents/randoms? Just ready to be done with watching my food so closely. It's frustrating and causing some tension between H and I. We have the crib set up now, so I'm ready for him in maybe a couple weeks if he's ready, haha. Oh, and I have another baby shower tomorrow with friends. Yay!

Caffeine is your friend. As long as you're not chugging a pot of coffee or drinking a 12 pack of Mountain Dew, it should be just fine! I don't think I could make it through some of my work days without a small coffee. Could always do half-caff if you're worried too!

1. How far along are you? 6w2d
2. How are you feeling? tired
3. Favorite item of maternity/postpartum/nursing clothing? I have some cute Gap dresses I'm looking forward to wearing this summer, but I'm not excited about having to de-hair myself.
4. Pregnancy vents/randoms? First u/s was this morning and we saw a heartbeat! I am relieved and am going to do my best to stay positive and not bet against the odds.
3. Favorite item of maternity/postpartum/nursing clothing? I love the Costco camisoles all the time, but especially while pregnant and nursing. So comfy! It also makes me able to stretch my wardrobe.
4. Pregnancy vents/randoms? I got my betas back! First one was 955 and second was 2,627. It makes it feel so real now.

I'm 7w2d.
Feeling pretty good. I have some days where I'm just drop dead tired, but not too bad overall.
Glamour Mom nursing tanks. They have a built in bra adjuster in the back, super think elastic in the shelf bra part. My boobs are so huge and I have a really small band size that normal nursing bras don't work. I live in the tanks day and night when I'm nursing and usually the last few weeks of pregnancy. They are great!
I had my first appt on Wednesday ad heard the hearbeat with a quick ultrasound. My Dr. wants to get a better measurement and picture when I'm a little farther along, so I go back on Thursday next week.
2. How are you feeling? Outside of this sickness, I have been feeling fine. No morning sickness yet. Spotting has completely stopped. I have had some minor cramping and sore boobs. Yesterday I took progesterone and had a dizzy episode. My husband was rather concerned by how I was acting.
3. Favorite item of maternity/postpartum/nursing clothing? Nothing yet.
4. Pregnancy vents/randoms? I will have the ultrasound next week. I will feel better after it. It don't feel pregnant yet. And, being sick when pregnant sucks. Having coworkers that come to work with the flu sucks. I tested neg and feel sick but not terrible. My OB office said to keep the prescription for tamiflu in case I start to feel bad.
2. How are you feeling? Pregnant, lol. Other than my back being so painful and some mild heartburn, not bad overall.
3. Favorite item of maternity/postpartum/nursing clothing? I love the Liz Lange maternity tanks from Target. They're super stretchy and really long. Also, leggings and I have 2 or 3 sweatshirt tunics from Gap that I really like too.
4. Pregnancy vents/randoms? I am up to appointments every two weeks. Time is flying this time! I need to figure out the furniture/new nursery situation.

1. How far along are you? 19w5d
2. How are you feeling? Pretty good, just tired today in general.
3. Favorite item of maternity/postpartum/nursing clothing? Old Navy Maternity jeans with the full panel
4. Pregnancy vents/randoms? I posted that I found out I had placenta previa during the anatomy scan ultrasound yesterday. It's worrisome...just hoping it will decide to move out of the way shortly!
I have had lots of caffeine this pregnancy and so far, just one head.
2. Feeling done. My body doesn't agree, apparently. I also had a cervical check this week and was 1 measly centimeter. Sigh.
3. Yoga pants all the livelong day. Especially now that I'm working from home.
4. Just the usual vents: Sore, tired, sick of all the appointments. Can't move without hurting, and I'm slow as a snail. BUT--I have a day TO MYSELF on Monday for MLK day and am beyond excited. I am torn between mani/pedi/shopping/etc and nothing but couch and a bath

I would like to add a vent - I just called to make an appointment with the doctor who delivered DD and his receptionist says he no longer does deliveries. I loved him for the delivery. He'll still monitor my pregnancy but will send me to another doctor that delivers. A similar thing happened with my previous gynecologist; when I got pregnant before I didn't realize he didn't do deliveries anymore either so he sent me to the doctor who did end up delivering me (I was monitored by both doctors though since my gynecologist is also an MFM and I'm high-risk). I hope whoever he recommends is good and has affiliation with my hospital, but I'm sad.

Aww, that sucks.
My office has 6 OBs that deliver, and I like them all, but because I always want early morning appointments I always see the same two doctors and have gotten really attached to them both. I hate to admit it but I'll be disappointed if my favorite isn't there when the time comes!
2. How are you feeling? Pretty good, mostly human and starting to feel some real movement.
3. Favorite item of maternity/postpartum/nursing clothing? It's technically not maternity, but I'm wearing it until it's too tight! DH got me a night shirt from JCrew for Christmas and OMG it is so soft and comfortable. He also got leggings in the same material, but they are my non-pregnant size so I am going to return for the next size up so that I can enjoy them now and wear them PP.
4. Pregnancy vents/randoms? I got two comments at work this week about my weight from two different people. "So did you gain this much weight with your first pregnancy?" "Either you're pregnant or you're getting fat." I might add that I've gained a total of 10 pounds, and I believe all in my uterus...so I am not sure what the hell these comments mean. But EW.
3. Favorite item of maternity/postpartum/nursing clothing?
4. Pregnancy vents/randoms?
Maybe this will be my last one! PLEASE!!!!
1. 39+2 2. Stuffed full of baby. I have contractions (I think?) off and on but nothing consistent. I was 0cm and 50% effaced on Tuesday. 3. Maxi dresses from Gap, I would not have survived pregnancy without them. 4. GET OUT GET OUT GET OUT GET OUT.
2. Feeling done. My body doesn't agree, apparently. I also had a cervical check this week and was 1 measly centimeter. Sigh.
3. Yoga pants all the livelong day. Especially now that I'm working from home.

You've got 1cm on me (I was 0CM on Tuesday, at 38+6)!
2. How are you feeling? Pretty good overall! I've been getting more sleep, which helps, but I've definitely slowed down in my workouts.
3. Favorite item of maternity/postpartum/nursing clothing? Nothing in particular, I've got some shirts from Motherhood Maternity that are ok.
4. Pregnancy vents/randoms? Somehow I'm still wearing normal jeans (with a hairtie and a little stretch), but I know I'm going to need maternity ones soon.
1. How far along are you? 18 weeks (actually 16w6d but screw that)
2. How are you feeling? Fine, a little overwhelmed because B had to stay home today and DH is away.
3. Favorite item of maternity/postpartum/nursing clothing? Not wearing much yet but I love the long sleeve soft t-shirts from Pea in the Pod.
4. Pregnancy vents/randoms? Sad that I miscalculated my due date so now I have to repeat 8 days of pregnancy. Listened to the baby on the doppler today and the doctor said he was very active. Had to have a blood test for neural tube defects which scares me because isn't that what the NT scan was for?

NT scan is for nuchal translucency, a measure of the amount of fluid collecting at the back of your baby's neck. A higher number is indicative of chromosomal abnormalities, including Downs. Neural tube defects are different.
2. How are you feeling? Better since I started taking Diclegis. Still a little nauseous off and on but so so much better than it was.
3.Favorite item of maternity/postpartum/nursing clothing? Nursing tanks. I wore them every day on maternity leave and still wear them as pajamas since I still nurse DS morning and night.
4. Pregnancy vents/randoms? I am going to have to tell work soon. I'm not sure how long I can wait before I break into maternity clothes. I can't fasten the tops of my pants as it is. But I don't have my first ultrasound for another week and a half so I definitely won't be telling prior to that.
