I've only ordered a pair or two of shoes for myself but I loved shopping the kids shoes when they had them. Always great sales on cute stuff. I was sad when they closed that division and never really have looked there since.

I've only ordered from them once or twice when there was a good sale. Just thought I'd post to let you ladies know. I didn't want any outstanding gift cards to go to waste!
I was coming to post this. So sad!! I shopped them a lot between sales and being able to use Gap card rewards towards purchases. I've been to the Soho store and loved it. I wonder if they'd done more stores it would have fared better. Although I think their goal was the online market.
I have some jeans that arrived Thurs; I'd better decide quick if I want to keep!

I just bought a new pair of Josefina destroyed jeans that I love and a Rebecca Minkoff coat that was originally 600 dollars and I got it less than a 100 with rewards and tuesdays coupon and the sale. I will really miss Piperlime. I also bought a lot of accessories and jeans there.

The jeans I just got are DL1961 that I paid $36, originally $189!
I agree that I loved the fact I could use my BR/Gap card and get rewards. I hope their clearance sale is better than when they discontinued their men's line. The barely had a discount at all

Noooooooooooooo!!!! I just got a pair of Paige jeans for free using rewards and the denim sale earlier this week. Piperlime is my one of my go-to's for denim and purses...damnit!!
Meh. I never understood the brand. Same items as zappos and Nordstrom without the customer service.
Really?
They have great shipping prices/timing and CS has always been amazing.
I've gotten 30% on a lot of things like my Kate Spade, MBMJ and Rebecca Minkoff bags, and Nordstrom never has those type of sales (unless it's a bag that wasn't selling well or last season)

IME, shipping was horrendously slow - same as I get with ON (7 days at best). Returns refused after a v short window, nothing I wanted was ever on sale or eligible for the coupon codes, etc. I never understood this line at all.

I think this totally depends on where you live. Their warehouse is a couple hours away and even with smartpost/surepost, I get my Gap/ON/BR/Piperlime orders in a couple days IF they ship from the warehouse and not stores.

Maybe - but I'm right outside Chicago and no other US retailer is as slow as anything from the Gap brands. (I even get Asos stuff sooner, and they're shipping from the UK)
that is weird, they are in Ohio so it should take more than two days.

When they discontinued their mens line, I got my husband a pair of Cole Haans & Fryes for super cheap. I probably used rewards along with a coupon code, but I was still pretty surprised how much those brands came down. I'm hoping for the same for the womens. Since the mens line was cut, I haven't looked there as much. It seems like they tried to become to boutique-y to me... more of it became high end and expensive.
