I did not go to our 10 year and am highly unlikely to go to any in the future. Most of my HS friends were in the class behind or ahead of mine. My class was basically one huge clique and all they did was party on weekends, skip class, sneak vodka in water bottles, and smoke pot after school. Not that I wouldn't have done/didn't do some of those things-but not with those assholes.
What few people I was friends with or didnt hate, I'm already connected to via FB.
I doubt I'm missing anything-I graduated in a class of 40. About 12-15 went to the 10th reunion, and it was 99% people who still live in the same crappy little hometown and still party like teenagers together constantly and basically did nothing with their lives. The "reunion" was more a typical Friday night for them, just re-named to sound special. Ha.
Skipped my 10th, only 40 or so RSVP'd and I only recognized 5 of the names and we weren't friends. I was even living back in the same town as my hs at the time.
DH's class (same school, a year ahead of me) didn't even have one. I think with fb the curiosity of what everyone's up to is easily satisfied.

My tenth was last fall. I didn't attend because I felt like I was still in touch with everyone I was interested in seeing via social media. I didn't feel the need to catch up since their lives were posted via Instagram/Facebook, etc.
Looking at the photos of those that attended it seemed like there were probably 100 people out of the 700 from my graduating class there.

I did not. I am still friends with anyone I would care to see and the rest of the people I'd be interested in are friends on FB so I can see their lives already.
I went to my fifth but skipped my tenth. I went to my husband's 20th a few months ago and had tons of fun. Maybe it's more fun when you don't really know anyone?
