I don't know if it is because she is my last or because I am so freaking tired from the rest of the stuff going on - but DD2 is still in our room. I don't mind it, I kind of love it actually. But, DS was in his crib from day 1 and DD1 went to her room at 2 weeks. (DD2 is 7 weeks). So, if the baby slept in your room, how long did they stay? I am thinking I will move her around the 4 month mark.
DS is our first and only so far and he stayed in our room until 3 months old. We would have kept him longer (he was in a bedside arms reach bassinet) but we were waking him up with our rustling lol.
DS moved to his own room at 10 months. DD moved to her room around 12 months but most nights she ended up back with us. Now at 18 months she typically wakes around 5 and comes to our bed until 6
DD was in our room for 6 months. We moved her because she was a light sleeper & would wake anytime we moved. DS is 6 months & still in our room. I've been thinking about moving him, but he's a needy baby & it's just easier to have him right there.
My oldest was around 6 weeks. My DS2 was about 3 months. I moved him a few nights before I went back to work. Mostly because he and DS1 were sharing a room so I waited a while.

DD was in our room on and off until we moved when she was 14months. She sleeps in her own room now at 3.
DS is 13 months and still in my bed. I'm not sure when we're moving him. He sleeps so well with us and isn't a huge bed hog lol I don't want to lose any sleep getting up with him.
Jack was about four months old I think. Ava slept in our room until she was six months old. I also bedshared in the beginning because of her breathing and aspiration issues, it was easier for me to keep track of her breath pauses when she was on my chest.
Actually, you know what, that's not even true. Ava was still nursing in the night until she was about 8 or 9 months so she'd sleep in her room until she wanted to nurse then she'd sleep with us. She weened at 11 months when I got KU again.
I moved C at 6 months, L at 7 weeks and DS was about 10 months. He was the only one who slept in our bed though. I was so exausted, I just nursed him in bed for months.

10 months. It probably would have been longer, but we went to visit my family and struggled to fit the 3 of us in a full size bed so we put him in the portable crib and he slept well, so the night we came home we put him in his crib and he didn't fuss so we just went with it.
6 months in our room and then she went into her bedroom crib. It was just easier because only our master bedroom is on the main level and the other 3 rooms are on the 2nd floor.
Okay! I think 4 (maybe six months will be good. She sleeps in the rock and play in our room so as long as she is good in there, that is where she will stay. Thanks everyone!

He moved to his crib in his own room at 6 months because it seemed like we were all keeping each other awake. Otherwise we were in no rush. Then of course he'd end up in our bed sometimes after an early morning feeding.

It was either six weeks or eight weeks. I can't remember. She was a really noisy sleeper and I wasn't getting any sleep. We co-sleep when we travel and part of me loves it, but we wake each other up too much for it to work long-term. She's a light sleeper and so am I.

Same for us. DS was such a noisy sleeper that we had to kick him out by 2 months old!

My kid slept in her crib in our room until she was 10 months. We moved her into her room because we all were waking each other up with alarms, going to the bathroom, the dogs moving about...she was a rockstar with the transition. I was a bawling mess.
