Snowstorm here & church is cancelled. I'm planning an exciting day of laundry, PiYo, cleaning, finding fun things to do while snowed in, and maybe playing out in the snow if the wind dies down.
The snow has already started coming down so I'm staying in for the day. We booked a cruise last week so I think today we will try and figure out what excursions we want to do.
Ingrid's been going through what I assume is a growth spurt for the past two days. I'm torn on wanting it to end soon. On one hand she is needy/clingy/hungry and takes terrible naps during the day. On the other hand, she is so tired at night that I'm solidly getting between sleep from 9:30-3 am.
We're bringing her to a Super Bowl party tonight. Possibly a terrible mistake?

DD is going to church with the inlaws and I'm going to go to work out. DH is working. I have to grab a few groceries I couldn't get in hell, I mean Walmart, yesterday. Then I will food prep.
Later we are having a Super Bowl/Sundae making get together for Ella's family birthday. She's very exited for everyone to sing Happy Birthday to her.
We may end up stuck at my parents' depending on when the snow starts. Packing bags just in case.
Eddy, there is usually a pin or trigger at the top of where the pot sits. Find that and tape it in place.
We had people over last night and it was so fun, but I ate way too much of food that I don't usually eat, and had 2 glasses of wine on top of it. My stomach hates me this morning.
I have DS's cold, he's not better yet, DH still OOT, at least until Friday. My plan is to sit on the couch as much as possible today. Which won't be much.
I've been watching The Fall on Netflix, and OMG I should not be watching it with DH gone. I jump at every little noise at night.
ETA : I plan to make myself chorizo queso fundido for the Superbowl tonight, it's possibly the only thing getting me through the day.

Trying to motivate myself to get the soup in the crockpot for lunch before Leo wakes up. He does not let me cook.
DH has been gone so much more than we're used to. He's working so hard, but I'm burnt out. I might take L to church on my own today (which I never do) just so he can have some fun play time and I can have a moment.
We have to clean today and get ready for a Superbowl party. I hope the sitter can make it in the snow. If not we will be eating 2 dozen jalapeno poppers.
H and I slept until almost 8, now we're lying in bed watching Nick Offerman's comedy special. Going to pick up L in a few hours, but before we go I need to switch out all of the clothes in her drawers for bigger sizes, which means I need to get started soon. My bed and H are so warm, though, and both cats are up here snoozing, too, so I have zero motivation to move.
We found a house we love yesterday and we're going back again today for another look. BUT... our house doesn't goes live on the market until tomorrow. I'm going to ask our agent about making a contingency offer. Our house is expected to sell in less than a month, so maybe with those specs they'd consider it.
I hate all the waiting and uncertainty that comes with house hunting/selling.
Our downstairs is 100% painted and we (read: H) will be touching it up today. We went through six gallons pf paint, not including the six gallons of primer earlier this week. I am so over paining, but am SO thankful we are done.
Because of the venting in places down there, we have to order three (!) special order doors at the tune of $300-400/piece in addition to the two regular doors. That and our carpet should be the last two expenses.
Today is snowy and blowy, so I'm content staying home, but haven't talked to H about our plans today.
DH woke me up early, but redeemed himself by taking the dog out and bringing back breakfast. Laundry is in, and the dishwasher is unloaded. We finally got the Christmas boxes back downstairs into storage. I'm taking a coffee break, but will then vacuum and do some more general pick up. We have piles of "stuff" all over and its driving me crazy.
We'll stay in tonight to watch the Super Bowl. DH usually doesn't last through the whole game, and typically wants to leave any SB parties early.
It's an exciting day of laundry, cleaning, list making, and meal prep My H is out of town, so I'll just be hanging with the kiddos. We will make some cake pops for DD1 to take to school tomorrow to share with classmates to celebrate her bday.

((Hugs)) @nailbiter101.
I am already dressed for the day. I am wearing my Patriots gear, since it the last day of the season to wear it .
We have no plans. One of our housemates is going to be making dinner and snack foods for the day, so we don't have to do anything. My H is getting ready to go to the store and is taking DS with him.
I am so glad to see January go. January sucked this year. February has to be better, although we're not off to a rousing start: snowstorm that needs shoveling out, H is in for a full day of work again (his insane work schedule should drop off mid-week. Thank dog)
Long run done! Need to work on lesson plans and get stuff ready for the week Pick up a couple apps and watch the game. Really just for the good and commercials tho lol
